How to Generate an OpenAI API Key

To use OpenAI through the API, you must create a free account and generate your API keys. Fortunately, the process is quite straightforward.

1. Sign Up Open AI

Sign up here. You can sign up using your Google or Microsoft account if you prefer not to create a new account with an email/password combination. Please note that you may need a valid mobile number to verify your account.

2. View API Keys

Visit your OpenAI API key page here, or click on the menu item labeled "View API keys."

3. Create a new key

Click on the "Create new secret key" button.

4. Update API Key via Admin Panel

That's it! You can now use this key in your applications.

Step 4: Next, navigate to your domain and log in as an admin. Go to Settings -> AI Tools Configuration Settings to update your OpenAI API Key.
